Starting Points Family Resource Center Association (FRCA)

The West Virginia Starting Points Family Resource Center Association is a coalition working together in a unified effort to advance West Virginia's Starting Points Family Resource Centers. This program is being presented with financial assistance as a grant from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources.

Starting Points Family Resource Center Mission Statement

A Starting Points Family Resource Center provides a wide range of support for families with children, prenatal to eight years old, and bring needed services together at local community locations. Core services focus on health, nutrition, child development screening and referral, parent and preschool education, home-based service and outreach, and information referral.
