Mission Statement

The mission of Wayne County Community Service Organization, Inc., is to establish, conduct, implement, operate, coordinate and finance programs for the benefit of the low-income, minority, elderly, disadvantaged and handicapped of Wayne County in the fields of education, economics, health, recreation, planning, transportation, industrial and business development and other social and public welfare programs.

Wayne County Community Service Organization, Inc. is committed to providing excellence in services to county residents.

This agency endeavors to work with other social agencies, both public and private, corporate or the individual citizen.

Wayne County Community Service Organization, Inc., will explore all available funding sources.
